The location was great and the comfortable facilities were available. An oven, a stovetop, and kitchenware etc were provided.

The location was great and brilliant very close to many restaurants, town centre and the beach and pier as well as many restaurants and shops, and had everything you needed. Also, it was based near the train Station.

I loved magnificent and handy location!!!
the owner was always available. had comfy bed, lovely bedroom. it was located in a pretty nice area close to everything you would need.

We had a comfortable stay in Eastbourne adjacent to train station as well as many restaurants and shops. The room was reasonably spacious, provided with dining table. Included a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets, all very handy. There was Patisserie Valerie with some goodies/coffee etc, set just a short walk away from the venue.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room in a prime location. The staff were helpful and quickly resolved any issues.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I got great value for my money at Town Centre Maisonette! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, close to the train station and town center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Menu for breakfast could use a little more variety.
